Nurse Staffing Agency Referral Bonus Announcement! 

🔹 Refer a colleague, earn a bonus: Do you know other fantastic nurses? Refer us to them! After your referral completes 10 initial PERFECT shifts, you'll receive a special bonus as a thank you.

Note: Our software isn't able to automatically alert us of completed referral shifts yet. So, to ensure you get your bonus, please mention in your timesheet when your referred colleague has finished their first initial 10 perfect shifts. Let's fix this together!

 

🔹 Perfect Shift Challenge: Aim for no call-ins, be on time, and stay for the entire shift. If you're called off by the facility, don't worry; it doesn't count against you. Keep a streak of 39 perfect shifts! If you call in on your 30th shift, the count restarts - think of it like a game!

 

🔹 We're excited to announce that all nursing license updates should be communicated to us promptly. Also, a big congratulations to our recent graduates! Your hard work and dedication are truly commendable.

🔹Please take your 30 minute lunch if at all possible!

If you take a partial lunch of less than 30 minutes, it still counts as a 30 minute lunch, so don't cheat yourself out of that time.

If you are not GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY to take your lunch break, make sure that you mark your timesheet as no lunch/no break, and have the charge nurse/supervisor initial beside it when they sign your timesheet, so we can make sure you get paid for your time.
